Thesis pt 2
Now that the democrats have a wee bit of control in our government i am hearing that they are just going to be pushing the liberal agenda that will harm all the good moral people of america. Which makes me think of what our country would be like if our country became what the christian right wants. Which makes me think about “the handmaids tale” by margaret atwood. a society that is ruled by the christian right. enforcing arcane rules such as women cannot hold property because they are property. that sex is for procreation and the repopulation of the society is the most important thing. it is just an amazing book. so my next thesis, you know, if i went to school, would be a comparison of the christian right with the society of gilead- too many similarities for comfort? it would be cool. to look at. is all i am saying.
